The hotel has all the facilities available. We were personally happy and satisfied with the service. The hotel we got had a/c, tv, kitchen and all necessary facilities. We got clean water. The hotel was clean and hygienic. The parking facility was the only negative aspect i felt. Rest, all things were upto the mark. The hotel was clean and hygienic, especially the bathroom. We will visit again and recommend the hotel to our friends too.
Location is close to the highway and other places of interest, but slightly inside at a very peaceful area, away from noise and pollution. Clean and comfortable, rooms are fairly spacious.Staff is very friendly and helpful. Simple but delicious breakfast was served in the room daily. Kitchen facilities and equipment is very basic and lacks a water purifier. Overall a very good stay. Strongly recommend it to others.
Had nice stay there. Overall it was a good experience. The caretaker was so energetic and very cooperative. Rooms were very neat. The bathroom missed soap and shampoo. The entire property was very neat. Very good for couples. Love to be there again. One of the decent stays available on ernakulam.
